Had a great night out at the Chesterfield County Fair last night!

Thanks to everyone who showed up... some who even travelled from up near Charlottesville to come out and see us!

Opened for Blake Shelton and band last night at Innsbrook After Hours. We had a great time (even though we only got a 3 minute sound check!!!!!)

Anyway, many thanks to Scott and Carrol from Backstage Sound for helping us make the best of a bad situation and getting us a good sound "on the fly".

Woofstock was a big hit on Saturday. Lot's of folks with their pets and pooper scoopers. I think the "Doggy Fashion Show" was the high point of the day!! It was a cool event and everybody had a great time.

We played on this mobile stage which was really a cargo trailer that opened up and unfolded to make a platform with a covering over the top. It was really ingenious except for the fact that it was like playing on the inside of an aluminum can!! My ears are still ringing!!!

Many thanks to Jody Boyd who rescued us at the last minute and sat in on drums. Great job!

Wow! What a busy week!

Thanks to everyone at Ni River Community Church for making me feel so welcome last night. Hope to be back again soon.

Cafe Caturra (Grove Ave.) tonight...... then it's WOOFSTOCK on Saturday!

Saturday, May 1st is the final round in the Songwriter Showdown at Ashland Coffe and Tea. I'll be playing a few songs and we'll see how it goes!

Hope to see some familiar faces there and that you hoot and holler and make it seem like I'm a lot more popular than I really am! :)

Well, we had a "Great" time at the Zion Coffee house last night. The folks there were awesome and seemed to really connect with all the songs we did.

It was so refreshing, after playing at some places where you just feel like background music, to be in a concert setting again!

Thanks to Marjie and David and everyone who worked the event. We hope to see you all again real soon!
